Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using Oath Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Oath Tracker is a personal commitment tracking application. Access to the app requires payment of one of the plans described in the "Subscription information" section below there is no free version and no free trial. Payment is required before you can use any part of the app.

You may use Oath Tracker for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Oath Tracker requires payment before you can access the app there is no free tier and no free trial. You must purchase one of the following plans to use Oath Tracker. All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

What's included: Any one of the plans above unlocks full access to the app, including unlimited active oaths, unlimited daily tasks, 30-second self-message video, all trophies, Google Drive backup, and full AI guidance access. There is no reduced free version of the app.

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. For auto-renewable subscriptions, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) or through your Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period you will retain access to the app until then. Once your subscription ends, you will not be able to use the app until you purchase again.

Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you have an issue with a purchase, you may contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels, as refund decisions are at their discretion.

Beyond the plans described above, Oath Tracker does not offer any additional in-app purchases. Access to the app is granted exclusively through the Lifetime, Monthly, or Yearly options described above.

All data you create within Oath Tracker including oaths, tasks, trophies, and self-message videos is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for managing your own data.

Deleting your data from within the app settings is permanent and irreversible. We are unable to recover deleted data under any circumstances. Please ensure you have a backup before deleting any data.

The optional Google Drive backup feature allows you to store a copy of your app data in your personal Google Drive account. You are solely responsible for managing, maintaining, and deleting your Google Drive backup. We do not have access to your backup data.

By enabling Google Drive backup, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these terms.

Oath Tracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee that the app will meet your specific requirements or that the results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oath Tracker and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

In particular, we are not liable for any loss of data resulting from the deletion of app data, loss of a device, or failure of a Google Drive backup.

Oath Tracker uses the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics for anonymous usage analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and app stability
• Google Drive API for optional data backup

Each of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. By using Oath Tracker, you also agree to the applicable terms of these third-party services.

All content, design, graphics, and code within Oath Tracker are the intellectual property of the Oath Tracker developers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
